Ixarola 2.5 Tablet

Ixarola 2.5 Tablet contains Rivaroxaban (2.5mg) and is used for this medicine is used. Prescription required.

This medicine is used in the treatment of prevention of heart attack, prevention of stroke and blood clots.

Ixarola 2.5 Tablet is a novel oral anticoagulant (noac). It works by stopping a clotting factor called factor Xa from working. This helps prevent the formation of blood clots in the body.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ixarola 2.5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Seek urgent care for black or tarry stools, blood in the vomit or urine, a severe headache, or bleeding that will not stop. Tell every doctor and dentist treating you that you are on a blood thinner, well before any procedure. Never stop this medicine on your own before surgery or dental work — stopping it carries its own risk, and the decision is your doctor's. Avoid contact sports and take care with razors and sharp tools.

Anti-inflammatory painkillers, including over-the-counter ones, sharply raise the bleeding risk. Combining two blood thinners multiplies the risk — never add one yourself. Tell your doctor about all herbal products; several affect clotting.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
