For dietary potassium supplementation in individuals needing additional potassium intake; may be used to prevent or treat low potassium levels (hypokalaemia) when prescribed.

Provides potassium, an essential electrolyte needed for normal nerve transmission, muscle contraction and heart rhythm. Supplementation helps restore and maintain normal potassium levels in the body.

Oral solution: take the measured dose as advised by a doctor/dietitian. Can be taken after food to reduce stomach upset; may be diluted in water/juice before सेवन. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, diarrhoea, abdominal pain

Use only under medical advice if you have kidney disease, dehydration, uncontrolled diabetes, adrenal insufficiency (Addison’s disease) or are on a potassium-restricted diet. Excess potassium can cause serious heart rhythm problems (hyperkalaemia). Seek medical help if you develop weakness, tingling, slow/irregular heartbeat or severe vomiting. Not a substitute for a balanced diet.

ACE inhibitors (e.g., enalapril), ARBs (e.g., losartan), potassium-sparing diuretics (e.g., spironolactone/amiloride), NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen), heparin, trimethoprim—may increase risk of hyperkalaemia
