Nutritional supplement for prevention and treatment of vitamin/mineral deficiencies; supports nerve health (neuropathy), energy metabolism and antioxidant protection; adjunct in general weakness, fatigue and recovery; eye health support (lutein/beta-carotene).

Provides essential B-complex vitamins (including methylcobalamin and folate) that support nerve function, red blood cell formation and energy metabolism. Antioxidants such as alpha lipoic acid, vitamins C and E, lutein and beta-carotene help reduce oxidative stress. Minerals like zinc, copper, manganese, chromium and selenium support enzyme functions, immunity and metabolic processes.

Tablet for oral use. Take as directed by a physician, typically 1 tablet once daily after food with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose; swallow whole.

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones (vitamin C), hypercalcaemia or vitamin D excess, and in those taking multiple supplements to avoid overdose. If you have diabetes, monitor sugars (alpha lipoic acid/chromium may affect glucose). Stop and seek medical advice if allergic reactions occur. Not a substitute for a balanced diet.

Antidiabetic medicines/insulin (may enhance glucose-lowering with alpha lipoic acid/chromium), levothyroxine (minerals may reduce absorption—separate by 4 hours), tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics (zinc/minerals reduce absorption—separate by 2-6 hours), antacids/iron supplements (may affect absorption), warfarin/anticoagulants (vitamin E may increase bleeding risk at higher doses), cholestyramine/orlistat (may reduce absorption of fat-soluble vitamins)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light and moisture. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.
