The pad’s absorbent core draws in and retains menstrual fluid, helping keep the surface relatively dry. The outer layer helps prevent leakage and protects clothing.
Peel off the release paper and stick the pad firmly onto the center of clean, dry underwear. Change every 4–6 hours or sooner if soaked; wrap and dispose in a bin (do not flush). Maintain genital hygiene and wash hands before and after changing.
