Nutritional supplement syrup used to help prevent or treat vitamin/mineral deficiency, support energy levels and recovery during weakness, poor diet, convalescence.

Multivitamin/multimineral supplements provide essential micronutrients required for normal metabolism and red blood cell formation. They help correct dietary deficiencies and support immune function and overall wellbeing.

Shake well before use. Take by mouth using a measuring cup/spoon, preferably after food. Dose and duration as advised by a doctor/label (commonly 1–2 teaspoons once or twice daily for adults; children as advised).

Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones or iron overload (if product contains iron). Diabetics should check sugar content of the syrup. Stop use and consult a doctor if allergic reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children.

Antacids and calcium/iron can reduce absorption of some antibiotics (tetracyclines, quinolones); levothyroxine absorption may be reduced by iron/calcium; warfarin effect may be altered by vitamin K-containing supplements; methotrexate/phenytoin interactions possible with folic acid—consult doctor.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Do not freeze.
