Lyser D Nanotech Gel contains Menthol (50mg) + Methyl Salicylate (150mg) + Absolute Alcohol (50mg) + Diclofenac sodium (10mg). Prescription required.

Lyser D Nanotech Gel is used for pain relief.

Lyser D Nanotech Gel is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Methyl salicylate and Menthol which relieve pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Methyl salicylate and Menthol are topical analgesics (pain relievers). They work by first cooling the skin then warming it up. This cooling and warming up action improves blood circulation and distracts from feeling the pain.

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the gel. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

Application site reactions (burning, irritation, itching and redness)

For external use only. Keep it away from the eyes, mouth and broken skin. Do not apply a heating pad or hot water bottle over the treated area — this can cause a burn. Do not bandage tightly over it unless your doctor has told you to. Wash your hands thoroughly after applying, unless your hands are the area being treated. Stop if the skin becomes severely irritated or blisters. For external use only. Keep away from the eyes and the inside of the mouth and nose unless the product is made for that purpose. Do not use a strong antiseptic repeatedly on an open wound — clean running water and soap around the edges are usually better, and harsh antiseptics slow healing. See a doctor for a deep or dirty wound, an animal bite, a wound that will not stop bleeding, or one that becomes red, swollen, warm or discharges. Check that your tetanus cover is current after any dirty or penetrating wound. Take it with or just after food, and for the shortest time that works. Stop and seek urgent care for black or tarry stools, vomiting blood, or severe stomach pain — this group can cause bleeding from the stomach. Long or high-dose use raises the risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney injury, particularly in older people and those already at risk. Avoid if you are dehydrated or have an illness with vomiting or loose motions — the kidneys are vulnerable then. Must be avoided in the last three months of pregnancy.

Topical anti-inflammatory gels add to the effect of the same medicine taken by mouth; tell your doctor if you use both. No significant interactions are expected. Combining with a blood thinner or aspirin sharply raises the bleeding risk. Reduces the effect of blood pressure medicines and water tablets, and together with them can harm the kidneys. Never take two anti-inflammatory painkillers at the same time.

Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight. Close the cap tightly after each use. Keep out of the reach of children.
