Used as a nutritional supplement for prevention and treatment of calcium and vitamin D deficiency; supports bone health and helps in muscle cramps due to deficiency.

Calcium supplementation helps maintain normal nerve transmission and muscle contraction, supporting bone mineralization. Vitamin D3 improves intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate, helping correct deficiency and maintain bone strength.

Tablet: take as directed by physician, usually once daily after food with water. Do not chew unless advised; maintain a gap from iron/thyroid/antibiotic medicines if prescribed.

Constipation, nausea, stomach upset, bloating, flatulence

Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism, or sarcoidosis. Excess intake can cause high calcium levels (thirst, frequent urination, confusion, vomiting); seek medical advice if these occur. Inform your doctor if you are on digoxin or have severe renal impairment.

Digoxin, thiazide diuretics (e.g. hydrochlorothiazide), levothyroxine, tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones (e.g. ciprofloxacin/levofloxacin), bisphosphonates, iron and zinc supplements
