Calcium and vitamin D supplementation; prevention and treatment of calcium/vitamin D deficiency, support for bone health (e.g., osteopenia/osteoporosis) as advised by a doctor.

Calcium provides an essential mineral for bone and teeth mineralization and supports muscle and nerve function. Vitamin D (if present) increases intestinal absorption of calcium and helps maintain normal bone metabolism.

Tablet; take as directed by physician, usually once or twice daily after food. Swallow with water; do not exceed recommended dose.

Constipation, nausea, stomach upset, bloating, gas

Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcaemia, hypervitaminosis D, or sarcoidosis. Excess intake may cause high calcium levels (symptoms: vomiting, confusion, weakness, increased urination). Keep interval of 2–4 hours from medicines that bind with calcium (e.g., certain antibiotics, thyroid medicines).

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
