Nervochek LC Tablet

Nervochek Lc Tablet contains Folic Acid (1.5mg) + L-Carnitine L-Tartrate (500mg) + Methylcobalamin (1500mcg) and is used for nutritional deficiencies.

Nutritional deficiencies

Nervochek LC Tablet is a combination of vitamin B9, B12, L-carnitine L-tartrate. Folic acid is essential for production of red blood cells. It prevents and treats folate deficiency and anemia. When taken by pregnant women, Folic acid prevents miscarriage, preterm labor, and neural tube defects in infants. Levo-carnitine L-tartrate helps turn the fats present in ingested food into energy. It decreases insulin resistance and oxidative stress and improves immune function. Methylcobalamin corrects vitamin B12 deficiency thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nervochek LC Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Tingling, numbness or burning in the hands and feet should be assessed by a doctor rather than self-treated — a supplement does not address the cause. Folic acid can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency while nerve damage continues, so B12 should be checked before taking folic acid long term. Bright yellow urine after a B-complex dose is expected and harmless. Tell your doctor before taking a protein supplement if you have kidney disease — the protein load matters. Drink plenty of water while taking a protein supplement. Check the label for milk or soy if you have an allergy or are lactose intolerant.

Long-term metformin, acid-reducing medicines and some anti-epileptics lower B12 or folate levels. Tell your doctor if you take levodopa, as vitamin B6 can reduce its effect. No significant medicine interactions are expected for most protein supplements.
