Neurobion Forte RF Injection

Neurobion Forte Rf Injection contains Nicotinamide (100mg/2ml) + Pyridoxine (100mg/2ml) + Mecobalamin (1000mcg/2ml). Prescription required.

Treatment and prevention of vitamin B1/B6/B12 deficiency, peripheral neuropathy (neuritis/neuralgia), neuropathic pain due to nutritional deficiency, adjunct in nerve damage and recovery

This injection replenishes neurotropic B vitamins essential for nerve function. Thiamine supports energy metabolism in neurons, pyridoxine is required for neurotransmitter synthesis and myelin function, and cyanocobalamin supports myelin formation and red blood cell production, helping reduce neuropathic symptoms due to deficiency.

For intramuscular (IM) or slow intravenous (IV) administration as prescribed by a doctor. Dose and duration depend on severity of deficiency/neuropathy; usually given by a healthcare professional. Can be given with or without food (food does not affect injection).

Injection site pain, redness or swelling, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, rash, itching, flushing

Use only under medical supervision. Hypersensitivity reactions (including rare anaphylaxis) can occur—seek urgent care if breathing difficulty, swelling or severe rash occurs. Long-term/high-dose pyridoxine may cause sensory neuropathy; avoid unnecessary prolonged use. Use with caution in patients with known allergy to B-complex vitamins or cobalt (vitamin B12). If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor to rule out other causes of neuropathy.

Levodopa (without carbidopa/benserazide) reduced effect due to pyridoxine, Isoniazid/penicillamine/cycloserine (increase B6 requirement), Chloramphenicol (may blunt hematologic response to B12), Metformin and proton pump inhibitors (may reduce B12 levels with long-term use)

Store below 25°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze. Keep ampoules in original pack and out of reach of children.
