Treatment of Angina (heart-related chest pain)

Nikoran OD 10 Tablet PR is a vasodilator. It works by reducing the workload of the heart. As a result, heart muscle does not need as much blood and oxygen supply. It also relaxes coronary artery (that carries blood to heart). This reduces the frequency and severity of angina attacks.

Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Nikoran OD 10 Tablet PR may be taken with or without food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Do not stop or change the dose of a heart medicine on your own. Report fainting, a very slow or very fast pulse, or new breathlessness. Keep every follow-up appointment — most of these medicines need periodic blood tests or an ECG.

Heart medicines interact widely. Tell your doctor and pharmacist about everything you take, including herbal products.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
