Shake well before use. Measure the dose with a calibrated spoon/cup. Take as directed by the physician; may be taken with or without food. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient. Use with caution in liver or kidney disease, asthma, glaucoma, prostate enlargement, or if taking other cough/cold/allergy medicines. May cause drowsiness—avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. If symptoms persist beyond 3–5 days, worsen, or are accompanied by high fever, breathing difficulty, or rash, consult a doctor. Not recommended for self-medication in young children unless prescribed.
May interact with alcohol and other CNS depressants (sedatives, opioids), monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), other antihistamines/decongestants/anticholinergics; consult doctor before combining.
