Relief of pain and inflammation in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, musculoskeletal pain, sprains/strains, dental pain, and post-operative pain with swelling.

Aceclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting cyclo‑oxygenase (COX) enzymes and lowering prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic action mainly via central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that helps reduce swelling/inflammation by breaking down inflammatory proteins and facilitating fluid drainage.

Take orally with water, preferably after food to reduce stomach upset. Use the dose and duration as prescribed by a doctor; do not exceed recommended total daily paracetamol from all sources. Do not crush/chew unless advised.

NSAIDs may cause stomach ulcer/bleeding—risk higher in elderly, alcohol use, history of ulcers, and with steroids/anticoagulants. Use with caution in liver or kidney disease, hypertension, heart failure, asthma, and patients at risk of cardiovascular events. Avoid taking with other NSAIDs or additional paracetamol-containing products. Stop and seek care for signs of allergy (wheezing, facial swelling, rash), black stools/vomiting blood, severe abdominal pain, or yellowing of skin/eyes.

anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel), corticosteroids, SSRIs/SNRIs, other NSAIDs, methotrexate, lithium, ACE inhibitors/ARBs and diuretics, cyclosporine/tacrolimus, alcohol, other paracetamol-containing medicines

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
