Nutropatch Tablet is a medicine. It is used for nutritional supplement for prevention, treatment of vitamin, mineral deficiencies, supports energy, immunity, and general wellbeing in poor diet, weakness, convalescence and and stress. It belongs to the group of medicines called Multivitamin/Multimineral (nutraceutical).
Tablet; take as directed by physician/dietitian. The dose and how long you take it depend on what you are being treated for and how you respond. Do not take more, or for longer, than your doctor has advised.
The side effects seen most often with Nutropatch Tablet are nausea, stomach upset, constipation and diarrhoea. Most are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. Tell your doctor if one persists or worries you.

Stop the medicine and get help at once for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.
Tablet; take as directed by physician/dietitian. Commonly taken once daily after food with water; do not exceed the recommended dose.
Provides essential micronutrients that act as cofactors in metabolic pathways. Helps replenish deficiencies, supports energy production, immune function, and antioxidant defense depending on the nutrient profile.
Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones, iron overload disorders (e.g., hemochromatosis) or hypervitaminosis. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking chronic medicines, consult a doctor before use. Stop and seek medical advice if rash, swelling, or breathing difficulty occurs.
May interact with antacids, tetracyclines/quinolones (if minerals like iron/calcium/zinc are present), levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours), warfarin (if vitamin K present), methotrexate/antiepileptics (folate interactions), oral iron interacts with certain antibiotics and thyroid medicines.
