Provides a nutritionally balanced, portion-controlled formula with defined calories and higher protein to help create a calorie deficit while supporting satiety and preserving lean body mass. Added vitamins and minerals help meet daily micronutrient requirements during weight-loss diets.

Oral powder. Prepare as directed on the label (commonly mixed with measured water or skim milk and consumed as a shake). Use as a replacement for a meal/snack within a calorie-restricted plan; follow the number of servings/day recommended by a doctor/dietitian. Do not exceed or use as sole nutrition unless medically supervised.

Bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal discomfort, headache

Not a medicine; use as per dietitian/doctor advice, especially for very-low-calorie diets. Not recommended for children unless advised. People with diabetes, kidney/liver disease, eating disorders, or those on fluid/electrolyte restrictions should consult a clinician before use. If used as total diet replacement, medical supervision is recommended. Check label for allergens (often milk/soy) and avoid if allergic.

May affect blood glucose; antidiabetic medicines/insulin may require dose adjustment when starting a calorie-restricted meal-replacement program. Separate from oral medicines if advised on label to avoid absorption issues.
