P 100 Drop possesses analgesic (pain-reliever) and antipyretic (lowers body temperature) properties. It provides relief by blocking certain chemical messengers and pathways in the brain that send signals about pain and fever.

Shake well before use, administer as per pediatrician's advice, do not exceed recommended dosage

P 100 Drop does not pose serious side effects and is well-tolerated by children. In case the side effects do occur, they’re likely to subside once the body adapts to the medicine. Consult your child’s doctor if these side effects persist or bother your child. The most common side effects include-

Never exceed the daily maximum printed on the pack. Paracetamol overdose damages the liver, and the damage can be silent for a day or two before it becomes serious. Check every other medicine you are taking. Paracetamol is in a very large number of cold, flu and pain combinations, and the doses add together. If you drink alcohol regularly, or have liver disease, ask your doctor what daily limit is safe for you. See a doctor if fever lasts more than three days, or pain more than five.

Regular alcohol use increases the risk of liver injury. Tell your doctor if you are on warfarin — regular high-dose paracetamol can affect it.

Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Once opened, use it within the period printed on the pack. Keep out of the reach of children.
