Before you take it
Pacitane Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.<br>Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Pacitane Tablet should be used with caution during lactation. Breast feeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.<br>Milk secretion may decrease.

Pacitane Tablet is used in Parkinson's disease and drug induced abnormal movements.
Pacitane Tablet is an anticholinergic medication. It works by decreasing the activity of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) in the brain. This improves muscle control and reduces stiffness in Parkinson's disease. It also improves movement disorder (restlessness, involuntary movements or muscle spasm) caused by certain other medicines.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pacitane Tablet is to be taken with food.

Use with caution in patients with glaucoma, urinary retention, or gastrointestinal obstruction. Not recommended for use in children.
May interact with other anticholinergic drugs, antihistamines, and medications that cause sedation.
Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture.
