Omega‑3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) are essential polyunsaturated fats. They reduce hepatic triglyceride synthesis and have anti‑inflammatory effects, supporting cardiovascular function and overall metabolic health.

Oral liquid. Shake well before use. Take as directed by physician/dietitian; commonly taken after food to reduce fishy aftertaste. Measure dose with a calibrated spoon/cup; do not exceed recommended daily intake.

Use with caution in fish/seafood allergy. High doses may increase bleeding risk; consult doctor if you have bleeding disorders or are on blood thinners/antiplatelets or before surgery. In people with diabetes, monitor blood sugar if using high doses. If pregnant/breastfeeding or giving to children, use only on medical advice. Stop and seek care for rash, swelling, breathing difficulty.

Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep container tightly closed. Do not freeze unless label advises. Keep out of reach of children.
