Pilex Forte Ointment

Herbal formulation (exact ingredients/strengths not clearly standardized for labeling; typically contains botanical extracts such as Neem (Azadirachta indica), Lajjalu (Mimosa pudica) and other herbs in an ointment base)

Symptomatic relief in haemorrhoids (piles) including pain, itching, burning, swelling and discomfort around the anus; supportive care for fissures/irritation in the anal region.

Pilex Forte Ointment contains herbal ingredients traditionally used for their astringent, anti-inflammatory, soothing and antimicrobial effects. It helps reduce local swelling and irritation and supports healing of the affected anal tissue, thereby easing pain and itching.

For external use only. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer around the anal region 2–3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Preferably apply after bowel movement and at bedtime; wash hands after application.

Local irritation, burning sensation, redness, itching, allergic rash (rare)

External use only; do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes other than intended area. Stop use and seek medical advice if severe irritation/allergy occurs, bleeding increases, pain persists, or there is no improvement within 1–2 weeks. Consult a doctor before use in pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in children, and if you have recurrent rectal bleeding or suspected infection.

No well-documented drug interactions for topical herbal haemorrhoid preparations; if using other anorectal creams/suppositories, separate applications and consult a clinician to avoid additive irritation.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tightly closed; keep out of reach of children.
