As a nutrition supplement, it provides calories and nutrients to help meet daily dietary requirements. If it contains probiotic components, they may help support a healthy gut microbiome and digestion.

Use as per label directions. Typically mixed with milk or water to make a health drink; take once or twice daily or as advised by a dietitian/doctor. Suitable timing depends on diet plan; can be taken with or without food.
