Nutritional supplement intended to help meet daily protein/nutrient requirements and support recovery in individuals with increased nutritional needs.

Provides supplemental nutrition (typically proteins/amino acids and/or other nutrients) to help bridge dietary gaps. Adequate protein supports tissue repair, muscle maintenance and recovery during illness, stress or poor intake.

Oral powder sachet. Mix the contents of one sachet in water/milk (as directed on the label) and consume immediately. Can be taken with or without food; follow the pack instructions or as advised by a dietician/doctor.

Bloating, flatulence, nausea, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation

Not for parenteral use. Use with caution in people with milk/soy allergy (if present in formulation), kidney disease, liver disease, or those on protein-restricted diets. Diabetics should check carbohydrate/sugar content before use. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.

If fortified with vitamins/minerals, possible interactions include: levothyroxine/iron or calcium (separate by 4 hours), tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics with calcium/iron/zinc (separate by 2–6 hours). Otherwise no specific interaction expected; check label for ingredients.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep sachets tightly sealed and use immediately after opening.
