Pure Nutrition Omega 3 contains Algal Oil (500mg) + Astaxanthin 10% (0.75mg).

Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) are incorporated into cell membranes and influence eicosanoid and cytokine pathways. They help support cardiovascular function and may reduce inflammation-related processes, contributing to heart, brain, eye and joint health.

Oral softgel/capsule. Adults: typically 1–2 softgels daily with meals (or as directed by a healthcare professional). Swallow whole with water; taking with food reduces fishy aftertaste.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with caution if you have fish/seafood allergy.
