Before you take it
Repace 25 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.<br/>There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Repace 25 Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Angiotensin receptor blocker that relaxes blood vessels.
Take 1 tablet orally with water every 4-6 hours as needed for pain relief. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.

Taking Losartan with alcohol may excessively lower the blood pressure.
May cause drowsiness or affect your concentration. Do not drive until you know how it affects you.
Repace 25 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Repace 25 Tablet is recommended.<br/>However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for better dose adjustment.
Repace 25 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Repace 25 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<br/>Use of Repace 25 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
Dizziness, low blood pressure, high potassium.
Seek advice if you have kidney disease or are on potassium supplements.
Anti-inflammatory painkillers reduce the effect and can harm the kidneys when combined. Potassium supplements, potassium-sparing water tablets and salt substitutes can push potassium too high. Lithium levels rise when taken with these medicines.
Store at room temperature.
