Setolac-Gel

Setolac-Gel contains Menthol (10%w/w) + Linseed Oil (3%w/w) + Methyl Salicylate (5%w/w) + Camphor (4%w/w) + Etodolac (5%w/w) and is used for this medicine is used. Prescription required.

This medicine is used in the treatment of muscle pain, joint pain, sprains and strains, backache, pain, inflammation, arthritis, fever and period pain.

This medicine combines 5 active ingredients: Menthol, Linseed Oil, Methyl Salicylate, Camphor and Etodolac. Menthol is applied to the skin over a painful area, where it produces a warming or cooling sensation and reduces local pain and inflammation. Linseed Oil is applied to the skin over a painful area, where it produces a warming or cooling sensation and reduces local pain and inflammation. Methyl Salicylate is applied to the skin over a painful area, where it produces a warming or cooling sensation and reduces local pain and inflammation. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer and rub it in gently. Wash your hands before and after use, unless your hands are the area being treated. This is for use on the skin only — do not swallow it. Follow the dose and the duration written on your prescription.

For external use only. Keep it away from the eyes, mouth and broken skin. Do not apply a heating pad or hot water bottle over the treated area — this can cause a burn. Do not bandage tightly over it unless your doctor has told you to. Wash your hands thoroughly after applying, unless your hands are the area being treated. Stop if the skin becomes severely irritated or blisters. Take it with or just after food, and for the shortest time that works. Stop and seek urgent care for black or tarry stools, vomiting blood, or severe stomach pain — this group can cause bleeding from the stomach. Long or high-dose use raises the risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney injury, particularly in older people and those already at risk. Avoid if you are dehydrated or have an illness with vomiting or loose motions — the kidneys are vulnerable then. Must be avoided in the last three months of pregnancy.

Topical anti-inflammatory gels add to the effect of the same medicine taken by mouth; tell your doctor if you use both. Combining with a blood thinner or aspirin sharply raises the bleeding risk. Reduces the effect of blood pressure medicines and water tablets, and together with them can harm the kidneys. Never take two anti-inflammatory painkillers at the same time.

Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight. Close the cap tightly after each use. Keep out of the reach of children.
