Prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies; nutritional supplementation during periods of increased requirement (poor diet, weakness/fatigue, convalescence); supports immunity, energy metabolism, and general wellbeing.

This is a multivitamin-multimineral supplement that replenishes essential micronutrients required for normal body functions. Vitamins act as coenzymes in energy metabolism and support immunity and tissue repair, while minerals help in hemoglobin formation, nerve and muscle function, and antioxidant defense.

Tablet for oral use. Take 1 tablet once daily or as directed by a physician, preferably after food. Swallow whole with water; do not exceed the recommended dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, metallic taste, abdominal discomfort, headache, dark stools (due to iron)

Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Excess intake of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E) and minerals may be harmful—avoid combining with other multivitamin products unless advised. Use with caution in patients with iron overload disorders (hemochromatosis/hemosiderosis), history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia, severe kidney disease, thyroid disorders (contains iodine), or those on anticoagulants. Iron-containing products should be kept out of reach of children. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking chronic medicines, consult a doctor before use.

Levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours due to calcium/iron), tetracycline/fluoroquinolone antibiotics (separate by 2–6 hours due to minerals), bisphosphonates (separate dosing), antacids/calcium supplements (may reduce iron absorption), warfarin (vitamin E/A may affect anticoagulation), thiazide diuretics (risk of hypercalcemia with vitamin D/calcium)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light and moisture. Keep container tightly closed and out of reach of children.
