Sinate Tab contains Doxylamine + Folic acid + Vitamin b and is used for this medicine is used. Prescription required.

This medicine is used in the treatment of nausea, vomiting, bloating, slow stomach emptying, vitamin b deficiency, nerve pain and tingling, anaemia and tiredness due to deficiency.

This medicine combines 3 active ingredients: Doxylamine, Folic Acid and Vitamin b. Doxylamine settles the stomach and blocks the signals that trigger nausea and vomiting, and helps the stomach empty at a normal rate. Folic Acid replaces a B vitamin your body needs to make red blood cells, to keep nerves healthy and to release energy from food. Vitamin b replaces a B vitamin your body needs to make red blood cells, to keep nerves healthy and to release energy from food.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush or break it unless your doctor has told you to. Take it 15 to 30 minutes before meals. Taking it at about the same time each day helps you remember. Follow the dose and the duration written on your prescription.

Use it for the shortest period that works. These medicines are not intended for long-term daily use. Report any unusual muscle stiffness, tremor, restlessness or uncontrolled movements of the face or limbs at once — stop and contact your doctor. Tell your doctor if you have a heart rhythm problem; some of this group affect the heart's electrical timing. Persistent vomiting needs a diagnosis. Do not keep suppressing it without seeing a doctor, especially with abdominal pain, fever or blood. Tingling, numbness or burning in the hands and feet should be assessed by a doctor rather than self-treated — a supplement does not address the cause. Folic acid can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency while nerve damage continues, so B12 should be checked before taking folic acid long term. Bright yellow urine after a B-complex dose is expected and harmless.

Antifungals, some antibiotics and heart-rhythm medicines increase the risk of rhythm problems when combined. Adds to the drowsiness of alcohol and sedatives. Long-term metformin, acid-reducing medicines and some anti-epileptics lower B12 or folate levels. Tell your doctor if you take levodopa, as vitamin B6 can reduce its effect.
