Before you take it
Telmikind 20 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.<br/>There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Telmikind 20 Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Take as directed by the physician, with or without food. Do not crush or chew the tablet. Avoid sudden discontinuation.

Telmikind 20 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Telmikind 20 Tablet is recommended.<br/>However, inform your doctor if you have an underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of blood pressure, creatinine, and potassium levels may be advised while you are taking this medicine.
Telmikind 20 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Telmikind 20 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<br/>Use of Telmikind 20 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
Dizziness, low blood pressure, high potassium.
Seek advice if you have kidney disease or are on potassium supplements.
Anti-inflammatory painkillers reduce the effect and can harm the kidneys when combined. Potassium supplements, potassium-sparing water tablets and salt substitutes can push potassium too high. Lithium levels rise when taken with these medicines.
Store at room temperature.
