Nutritional supplement used to support tendon and ligament health; used as adjunct in tendonitis, sports injuries, repetitive strain, and recovery after orthopedic injury/surgery.

This is a tendon-support nutraceutical. Its nutrients (commonly collagen-building amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and/or anti-inflammatory antioxidants) help support collagen synthesis and connective tissue repair, which may aid recovery and reduce discomfort when used along with rest/physiotherapy.

Tablets to be taken by mouth with water, preferably after food. Use as directed by physician/dietitian; do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, heartburn, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, headache, allergic reactions (rare)

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have kidney/liver disease, bleeding disorders, or are on long-term medicines. Stop use and seek medical help if you develop rash, swelling, or breathing difficulty. If pain/swelling persists or worsens, get medical evaluation.

May interact with anticoagulants/antiplatelets (e.g., warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel) depending on ingredients; may interact with diabetes medicines; mineral-containing supplements can reduce absorption of certain antibiotics (tetracyclines/quinolones) and thyroid medicine (levothyroxine)—keep a 2–4 hour gap.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.
