Use as a nutritional drink/food supplement. Mix the recommended quantity of powder in milk or water as per pack instructions; stir well and consume immediately. Can be taken 1–2 times daily or as advised by a dietician/doctor; may be taken with or without food.

Bloating, gas, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in lactose intolerance or milk protein allergy; discontinue if rash, breathing difficulty, or swelling occurs. Diabetics should check sugar/carbohydrate content on label and monitor glucose. In kidney disease or on protein-restricted diet, use only under medical advice. Keep scoop/contents dry to avoid contamination.

May reduce absorption of some medicines if taken together; keep a 2-hour gap from tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics, levothyroxine, and iron/calcium supplements unless advised. If fortified with minerals, additional supplementation should be discussed with clinician.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed; use a dry spoon and avoid moisture. Do not use if seal is broken.
