Ticasave 60 Tablet

Ticasave 60 Tablet contains Ticagrelor (60mg) and is used for preventing unstable angina. Prescription required.

Ticasave 60mg Tablet is an antiplatelet medication. It works by preventing platelets from sticking together, thereby decreasing the formation of harmful blood clots. This lowers the chance of heart attack or stroke.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ticasave 60mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Seek urgent care for black or tarry stools, blood in the vomit or urine, a severe headache, or bleeding that will not stop. Tell every doctor and dentist treating you that you are on a blood thinner, well before any procedure. Never stop this medicine on your own before surgery or dental work — stopping it carries its own risk, and the decision is your doctor's. Avoid contact sports and take care with razors and sharp tools.

Anti-inflammatory painkillers, including over-the-counter ones, sharply raise the bleeding risk. Combining two blood thinners multiplies the risk — never add one yourself. Tell your doctor about all herbal products; several affect clotting.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
