Tramasure Plus Rf Tablet is a prescription medicine containing Tramadol (37.5mg) + Paracetamol (325mg). It is used for moderate to severe pain. It belongs to the group of medicines called Opioid analgesic and Para-aminophenol derivative.
Tramasure Plus Rf Tablet is taken exactly as your doctor prescribes. The dose and how long you take it depend on what you are being treated for and how you respond, and this page does not publish dosing for a medicine in its schedule.
The side effects seen most often with Tramasure Plus Rf Tablet are indigestion, stomach pain, nausea and heartburn. Most are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. Tell your doctor if one persists or worries you.
Before you start, tell your doctor about any liver, kidney or heart problem, whether you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, and every other medicine you take, including supplements and ayurvedic preparations. Some of them can change how Tramasure Plus Rf Tablet works.
Moderate to severe pain
Most side effects of Tramasure Plus Rf are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. The ones reported most often are:
Stop the medicine and get help at once for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Tramasure-Plus RF Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tramadol and Paracetamol which relieve severe pain. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Paracetamol works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain.
Take it with or just after food, and for the shortest time that works. Stop and seek urgent care for black or tarry stools, vomiting blood, or severe stomach pain — this group can cause bleeding from the stomach. Long or high-dose use raises the risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney injury, particularly in older people and those already at risk. Avoid if you are dehydrated or have an illness with vomiting or loose motions — the kidneys are vulnerable then. Must be avoided in the last three months of pregnancy. This is an opioid painkiller. It can cause dependence, and should be taken only for the period your doctor has specified. Never combine it with alcohol, sleeping tablets or other sedatives — together they can dangerously slow your breathing. Do not stop a long course abruptly; your doctor will reduce it gradually. Tell your doctor if you have epilepsy or take an antidepressant — tramadol can lower the seizure threshold and can raise serotonin dangerously in combination. Never exceed the daily maximum printed on the pack. Paracetamol overdose damages the liver, and the damage can be silent for a day or two before it becomes serious. Check every other medicine you are taking. Paracetamol is in a very large number of cold, flu and pain combinations, and the doses add together. If you drink alcohol regularly, or have liver disease, ask your doctor what daily limit is safe for you. See a doctor if fever lasts more than three days, or pain more than five.
Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
