Tresfix Tablet

Tresfix Tablet contains Thiamine(Vitamin B1) (250mg) + Vitamin B2 (4mg) + Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) (50mg) and is used for nutritional deficiencies.

Nutritional deficiencies

Tresfix 250mg/4mg/50mg Tablet is a combination of vitamin B1, B2, and B6. Thiamine (vitamin B1) is required by the body to properly use carbohydrates. It also helps maintain proper nerve function. Vitamin B2 works with the other B vitamins. It is vital for body growth. It aids in red blood cell production. It also helps in the release of energy from proteins. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) treats or prevents deficiency of vitamin B6 and improves functioning of nervous and immune systems.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tresfix 250mg/4mg/50mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Tingling, numbness or burning in the hands and feet should be assessed by a doctor rather than self-treated — a supplement does not address the cause. Folic acid can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency while nerve damage continues, so B12 should be checked before taking folic acid long term. Bright yellow urine after a B-complex dose is expected and harmless.

Long-term metformin, acid-reducing medicines and some anti-epileptics lower B12 or folate levels. Tell your doctor if you take levodopa, as vitamin B6 can reduce its effect.
