Treatment of essential hypertension, especially when blood pressure is not adequately controlled with single or dual therapy; helps reduce cardiovascular risk by controlling high BP.

Perindopril (ACE inhibitor) relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II formation. Indapamide (thiazide-like diuretic) reduces excess salt and water to lower blood volume. Amlodipine (calcium channel blocker) relaxes arterial smooth muscle, improving blood flow and lowering blood pressure.

Oral tablet. Take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily at the same time each day; commonly taken in the morning. May be taken with or without food; swallow whole with water. Do not stop abruptly without medical advice.

Prescription-only antihypertensive. Can cause dizziness/low BP—use caution while driving and when standing up. Monitor blood pressure, kidney function and electrolytes (especially potassium and sodium). Not recommended in pregnancy; stop and consult doctor immediately if pregnant. Use caution in kidney impairment, liver disease, dehydration, low sodium, aortic stenosis, heart failure, and history of angioedema. Avoid potassium supplements/salt substitutes unless advised. Seek urgent care for facial/lip swelling, breathing difficulty (angioedema).

NSAIDs (reduced effect, kidney risk), potassium-sparing diuretics/potassium supplements (hyperkalemia), lithium (toxicity), other antihypertensives and diuretics (additive hypotension), aliskiren/ARBs (renal risk, hyperkalemia), CYP3A4 inhibitors like clarithromycin/azoles (may increase amlodipine), grapefruit juice (may increase amlodipine effect), alcohol (increases dizziness/low BP)

Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep in original blister pack and out of reach of children.
