Dietary supplement to help manage omega‑3 deficiency; used as adjunct for hypertriglyceridemia, cardiovascular support, and general wellness where omega‑3 intake is inadequate

Omega‑3 fatty acids (EPA/DHA) reduce hepatic triglyceride synthesis and increase triglyceride clearance, leading to lower serum triglycerides. They also have anti‑inflammatory and antiplatelet effects that may support cardiovascular health.

Softgel capsule: take orally with water, preferably with/after meals to improve absorption and reduce fishy aftertaste. Use as directed by physician/dietitian; do not crush or chew.

Fishy aftertaste, belching, nausea, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, indigestion

Use with caution in patients with fish/seafood allergy. May increase bleeding risk—use cautiously with bleeding disorders, before surgery, or if taking anticoagulants/antiplatelets. In diabetes, monitor blood glucose as high doses may affect glycemic control. Consult a doctor if pregnant/breastfeeding or if you have liver disease or are on multiple medicines.

Anticoagulants (warfarin), antiplatelets (aspirin, clopidogrel), NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen), other supplements that increase bleeding risk (ginkgo, garlic in high doses)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light and moisture. Keep container tightly closed and out of reach of children.
