Upomega Softgel Capsule contains Omega-3 fatty acids (Fish oil) softgel capsule (strength not specified).

Dietary supplement to help manage omega‑3 deficiency; used as adjunct for hypertriglyceridemia, cardiovascular support, and general wellness where omega‑3 intake is inadequate

Omega‑3 fatty acids (EPA/DHA) reduce hepatic triglyceride synthesis and increase triglyceride clearance, leading to lower serum triglycerides. They also have anti‑inflammatory and antiplatelet effects that may support cardiovascular health.

Softgel capsule: take orally with water, preferably with/after meals to improve absorption and reduce fishy aftertaste. Use as directed by physician/dietitian; do not crush or chew.

Use with caution in patients with fish/seafood allergy. May increase bleeding risk—use cautiously with bleeding disorders, before surgery, or if taking anticoagulants/antiplatelets.
