Prevention and treatment of vitamin/mineral deficiencies; nutritional supplementation in weakness, fatigue, poor diet, convalescence.

Multivitamin and mineral supplements replenish essential micronutrients needed for normal metabolism, red blood cell formation, nerve function and immunity. They help correct deficiency-related symptoms and support overall wellbeing.

Take by mouth as advised by doctor. Generally 1 tablet once daily after food (preferably after breakfast) with water; do not chew unless directed. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhoea, headache, metallic taste, flushing, dark coloured urine (with riboflavin)

Do not use if allergic to any component. Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones, iron overload (hemochromatosis) or high calcium levels. Keep out of reach of children; overdose of vitamins/minerals (especially iron, vitamin A/D) can be harmful. If pregnant/breastfeeding or taking long-term medicines, consult a doctor before use.

Antacids and calcium/iron may reduce absorption of tetracyclines/quinolones (separate by 2-4 hours), levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours), bisphosphonates (separate by 2 hours). Vitamin K-containing supplements may reduce effect of warfarin. High-dose vitamins may interact with anticonvulsants; consult doctor.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. Keep container tightly closed.
