Uses & Benefits
Nutritional supplementation to prevent or treat vitamin and mineral deficiencies; commonly used for fatigue, weakness, poor diet, convalescence and general nutritional support.
How It Works
Provides essential vitamins and minerals needed for normal energy metabolism, red blood cell formation and nerve function. Replenishing deficiencies helps improve overall health, immunity and recovery.
Directions for Use
Tablet: Take as directed by physician/dietitian. Commonly 1 tablet once daily after food; swallow whole with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Warnings & Precautions
Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, iron overload disorders (if iron-containing), hypercalcaemia, or if taking other vitamin/mineral supplements to avoid overdose. Some components (e.g., folic acid) can mask vitamin B12 deficiency—consult a doctor if anaemia/neuropathy symptoms. Keep out of reach of children.
Drug Interactions
May interact with levothyroxine, tetracyclines, quinolone antibiotics (e.g., ciprofloxacin), bisphosphonates, antacids, calcium/iron/zinc salts, methotrexate (with folate), warfarin (with vitamin K), anticonvulsants (phenytoin)
