Nutritional supplement used to help prevent or treat vitamin and mineral deficiencies; supports immunity, antioxidant protection and general wellbeing.

Provides essential vitamins/minerals and antioxidants that replenish dietary deficiencies. Zinc supports immune function and wound healing, while antioxidants help neutralize free radicals and reduce oxidative stress.

Take orally as directed by physician/dietitian, usually 1 tablet once daily after food with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose; swallow whole.

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, iron overload disorders, or if taking other vitamin/mineral products (risk of excess). May reduce absorption of tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics and levothyroxine (separate by 2-4 hours); zinc/iron/calcium can reduce absorption of some medicines; antacids can reduce zinc absorption; warfarin interaction possible with vitamin K-containing supplements (if present).

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed.
