Oral nutrition powder. Mix the recommended quantity in a glass of milk or water (as per pack instructions) and consume once or twice daily, preferably after food, or as advised by a doctor/dietitian.

May interact with certain medicines depending on vitamin/mineral content (e.g., iron with antacids/thyroxine/quinolones/tetracyclines; calcium with thyroxine/quinolones/tetracyclines; vitamin K with warfarin). Keep a 2–4 hour gap from such medicines if present; check label/consult doctor.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep container tightly closed. Do not use if seal is broken.
