What a programme is
Most long-term conditions go wrong in the weeks between doctor visits. A programme fills those weeks.
You get the same team for 12 weeks, and they talk to each other. The doctor sees your home readings before your consult. The lab report reaches the doctor without you carrying it. The pharmacy sends what the doctor wrote. And someone checks in on WhatsApp every week, so a bad month is noticed in days, not at your next visit.
- A doctor
- A physician, or a dermatologist for skin and hair, sees you on video at the start and at the end, and reads your numbers in between. Every change to your medicines comes from them, in writing.
- A lab
- Blood is collected at home in the first week and again near the end, so you and your doctor can see what actually changed. The skin programme works from photos instead.
- A pharmacy
- What your doctor prescribes arrives at your door every month at 15% off. You never have to remember to reorder.
- A coach on WhatsApp
- Asks for your readings, sends one short note a week, and gets a doctor to call you the same day if a number is dangerous.
- A nutritionist, where food matters most
- Calls on a fixed schedule in the diabetes, blood pressure, heart, weight, PCOS programmes: what to eat, what to swap, and what to do at a wedding.
- One record
- Every reading, report and prescription sits in your PingMeDoc profile. Download it and show it to any doctor.
