• Do not take Aceclofisch SP 100mg/325mg/15mg Tablet with other medicines containing paracetamol (acetaminophen), such as some cold or fever medicines, unless advised by your doctor.
• Avoid combining Aceclofisch SP 100mg/325mg/15mg Tablet with other NSAID painkillers unless your doctor recommends it.
• Avoid alcohol while taking Aceclofisch SP 100mg/325mg/15mg Tablet, as it may increase stomach irritation and the risk of liver damage.
• Aceclofisch SP 100mg/325mg/15mg Tablet may cause dizziness or drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.
• Stay well hydrated while using Aceclofisch SP 100mg/325mg/15mg Tablet, as dehydration may increase the risk of kidney-related side effects.
• Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, heart disease, asthma, stomach ulcers, or uncontrolled high blood pressure before taking Aceclofisch SP 100mg/325mg/15mg Tablet.
• Seek urgent medical attention if you notice black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, or unusual bruising.
• Stop taking Aceclofisch SP 100mg/325mg/15mg Tablet and seek medical help if you develop rash, swelling of the face, or breathing difficulty.
