Treatment of functional dyspepsia (indigestion) with symptoms such as post-meal fullness, early satiety, upper abdominal discomfort/bloating and nausea.

How it works

Acotiamide is a prokinetic/gastroprokinetic agent that enhances acetylcholine release in the enteric nervous system and improves gastric motility. It promotes better stomach accommodation and gastric emptying, reducing dyspeptic symptoms after meals.

Directions for use

Take as prescribed by the doctor. Common adult regimen is 100 mg tablet three times daily, usually before meals. Swallow whole with water; do not crush/chew. Duration depends on symptom control.
