Management of anxiety disorders with prominent physical symptoms such as palpitations, tremors and performance anxiety; short-term relief of anxiety-associated somatic symptoms (as prescribed).

How it works

Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine that enhances GABA activity in the brain, producing anxiolytic and calming effects. Propranolol is a non-selective beta-blocker that reduces the physical symptoms of anxiety (e.g., fast heartbeat, tremor) by blocking beta-adrenergic receptors.

Directions for use

Tablet for oral use. Take exactly as prescribed by the doctor, usually once or twice daily. Can be taken with or without food; take at the same time each day. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice.
