• Take Asclin P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet with food to reduce the risk of stomach irritation.
• Do not take Asclin P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet with other medicines containing paracetamol without consulting your doctor.
• Avoid taking Asclin P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet with other NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen or diclofenac) unless advised by your doctor.
• Asclin P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet may cause dizziness or sleepiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.
• Stop taking Asclin P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet and seek medical attention if you develop severe stomach pain or black/tarry stools.
• Stay well hydrated while using Asclin P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet, as dehydration may increase the risk of kidney-related side effects.
• Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, kidney disease, or liver disease before taking Asclin P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet.
• Do not increase the dose or frequency of Asclin P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet without medical advice.
