Montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways to relieve symptoms of allergies.

How to take Bilmegh-40 mg Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Bilmegh M 20mg/10mg Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.
