Budesonide + Formoterol fumarate inhalation solution for nebulization (strengths not specified)
Maintenance treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with bronchospasm/wheezing; helps prevent symptoms like breathlessness and chest tightness.
Budesonide is an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation and swelling. Formoterol is a long-acting beta2-agonist (LABA) that relaxes airway muscles for prolonged bronchodilation. Together they improve airflow and reduce exacerbations when used regularly.
For inhalation via nebulizer only as prescribed. Open one respule and pour the full contents into the nebulizer chamber; use immediately after opening and do not swallow or inject. Use at the same time each day; rinse mouth after nebulization to reduce risk of oral thrush.

Not for relief of sudden acute asthma/COPD attacks—keep a rescue inhaler (e.g., salbutamol) available. Rinse mouth after use to prevent fungal infection. Use with caution in heart disease/arrhythmias, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, glaucoma, osteoporosis, active/latent infections (including TB), and liver impairment. Do not stop suddenly; use regularly for best control. Seek medical help if breathing worsens, paradoxical bronchospasm occurs, or signs of infection appear.
