Symptomatic relief of common cold and flu such as fever, headache, body aches, runny nose and sneezing (as per doctor’s advice).
It is a combination cold preparation. Paracetamol reduces fever and relieves pain by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain; other ingredients (if present) typically reduce nasal symptoms by antihistaminic and/or decongestant action.
Shake well before use. Measure with a dosing cup/spoon. Take the prescribed dose by mouth, with or without food; preferably after food if stomach upset occurs. Do not exceed the recommended dose or use multiple paracetamol-containing products together.

Do not use in children below the age advised on label without a doctor’s prescription. Do not exceed total daily paracetamol dose; overdose may cause severe liver injury. Use with caution in liver disease, chronic alcoholism, kidney disease, asthma/COPD, glaucoma, enlarged prostate/urinary retention, hypertension, heart disease and thyroid disorders (depending on exact ingredients). May cause drowsiness—avoid driving/operating machinery if affected. Seek medical help for rash, swelling, breathing difficulty, persistent fever >3 days, or symptoms >7 days.
