How to take Cremalax Tablet

Take 1-2 tablets at bedtime with a glass of water. Follow with plenty of fluids the next morning.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose of Cremalax Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

An overdose of this medicine can cause severe loose motions, dehydration and salt imbalance. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.

Together with Cremalax Tablet, taking a fiber-rich diet containing whole grain bread and cereals, bran, fruits, and green leafy vegetables is essential to maintain healthy bowel function. Avoid taking a Cremalax Tablet for more than 1 week, unless prescribed by the doctor, as it leads to dependency on the laxative action to produce a bowel movement. Take Cremalax Tablet after 2 hours from other medicines, as it may interfere with the absorption of other medicines. Cremalax Tablet should preferably be taken at bedtime because it requires 6 to 8 hours to show impact.
