Easeful Sp Tablet is used for pain relief. It relieves pain in conditions like headache, mild migraine, musculoskeletal pain or painful menses.

In Pain

Easeful-SP blocks the chemicals that cause pain at the site of an injury or inflammation, giving relief that is often stronger than paracetamol for pain with swelling.

In Inflammation

Easeful-SP reduces the swelling, redness, heat and stiffness of an inflamed joint or injured tissue, so movement is easier.
