How I-Safe Hand Sanitizer works

Alcohol in the sanitizer rapidly denatures proteins and disrupts lipid membranes of many bacteria and enveloped viruses. This reduces microbial load on the hands when used correctly.

How to take I-Safe Hand Sanitizer

For external use only. Apply a sufficient amount (about 2–3 mL) to palm and rub hands together covering all surfaces (palms, back of hands, between fingers, fingertips) until dry (about 20–30 seconds). Do not rinse. Use on visibly clean hands; if hands are visibly soiled, wash with soap and water.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

Take the missed dose of I-Safe Hand Sanitizer as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
