Intagesic MR Tablet contains Diclofenac (75mg/ml).
Intagesic 75 mg Injection is used for pain relief.
Intagesic 75 mg Injection is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Intagesic MR as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Intagesic MR than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Intagesic MR are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

| Alcohol | Taking diclofenac with alcohol can increase your risk of stomach bleeding. |
| Kidney | Intagesic 75 mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Intagesic 75 mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor. |
| Liver | Intagesic 75 mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Intagesic 75 mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<br/>Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended in patients with liver disease if this medicine is to be taken for a long time. |
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about every medicine you take, including over-the-counter products, vitamins and herbal or ayurvedic preparations, before starting Intagesic MR. Some combinations can change how Intagesic MR works or raise the chance of side effects.
Store Intagesic MR below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.
